All order are shipped by common US carrier. If you have a shipping preference, please call and make arrangements.

If an article is damaged in shipment please contact us immediately (within 48 hours). If possible, supply pictures of the packaging and damaged contents for insurance purposes. DO NOT discard damaged items or packaging as the carrier will need to retrieve them.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase call or email us to initiate a return.
For a full refund the return must meet the following conditions:
all return requests must be received by us no later than 14 days after you received your order. Return requests made after 14 days will not be processed.
All returned items must be accompanied by a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number . The RMA number must be written clearly on the return shipment. Returns without an RMA number clearly marked will be returned to sender un-opened. Returns will not be processed without an RMA number.
All returned items must be in their original packaging. Failure to return the items in their original condition will result in a 20% restocking fee.
Please insure return shipments. If the item is damaged during shipping we will file a reimbursement claim with the shipping company before we process the refund. Once the shipping company issues a reimbursement your refund will be processed.
All returned items must be shipped back to us within five days after the RMA number is authorized.
